No pics to post, but the past few weeks have produced pretty good
progress. We have been able to foam out the stringers, add some
strength to the gas tank runners (strips of 1x1 glassed down to the
original runners - and then strips of rubber insulation on top of those
runners for a tight fit and to prevent the foam from slipping into the
bilge).
We have both sections of the cuddy walls glassed in - but in need of
some more glass and finishing.
Getting close to dropping the floor sections in, the raised section of
the floor (48" from the cuddy) has been prep'd. Plans are to shoot a
coat of paint on the gas tank, drop that into place, hook up the hoses
and sending unit wiring and then start on the floor sections. Hopefully
we are picking up speed.
