We finished up the stiff knees this weekend, angled 1/2" plywood that we secured to the transom with some C clamps and then applied some fillets of cabosil to the joints and some heavy cabosil between the stringers and the stiff Knees. Then I wrapped them in 18 oz cloth and called it a day. Here is a pic of the transom:

thanks for the post...ours is about 30-45 minutes away from either one of us...time to work on it has been limited to one day a week - when we are lucky...hopefully, we will get to use it more often than we have gotten to work on it.
