We shimmed in the raised flooring section, put in the flooring braces (that span the gas tank) and shimmed the lower flooring section out level too. We used cabosil to secure the shims down to the stringers then set the sections down and used a couple of blocks to add some weight and hold'em down:
I also sanded the patched crapper thru-hull sections, more sanding is definitely needed, but it is starting to take shape:
